ELEGANT DEVELOPMENT INC. is an incorporated company that is engaged in construction of residential and commercial projects.

Over the past 13 years, besides building single family homes for the individual homeowners, ELEGANT has completed about 10 projects in the diversified areas in Lower Mainland consisting of all districts of Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Vancouver, New Westminster, and other parts in B.C., Nanaimo and Penticton.

Also, another major activity is set to be commenced in Alberta. Since 2003 the number of projects that ELEGANT is building are increasingly bigger. These completed projects include about 300 units ranging from single family homes to multiple condominiums with an approximate built up area of about 400,000 square feet and another 200,000 square foot area is in progress and scheduled to be completed in next few years.
